Your visit

The average time is between 60 and 90 minutes.

Any time/date ticket - your ticket allows you one entry on any date or time of the exhibition between 28 November 2024 and 20 January 2025. The only day you cannot attend is Christmas day 25 December 2024.

Please be aware that due to the limited capacity of Tākina, and all attendees having any day/ time tickets, there may be a queue when you arrive at the exhibition. The venue team will work to try and move attendees through as efficiently as possible.

Firstly look in your emails for an email from iTICKET, check your spam/junk folders too. You should have received an Order Confirmation email, which includes your receipt, and then a second email with your eTicket attached. 

If you can't find them in your emails you can go to the iTicket website and log in. You'll find your tickets in the Order History in your account.
